Discuss and take appropriate action on changing election precinct boundary lines for precincts 396, 381, and 394 to create election precinct 393.
Background
Precinct 394 has more than 5,800 active registered voters which exceeds the maximum 5,000 active registered voters allowed by the Texas Election Code. The boundary changes are necessary to reduce the number of registered voters in Pct. 394 to bring it into compliance with the Texas Election Code. Precincts 381 and 396 are being adjusted to match current City of Georgetown as well as the boundary between Georgetown and Jarrell ISDs.
