Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving quote, scope of work, and services contract between Presidio Networked Solutions, LLC and Williamson County, for a Cisco Unified Communications System and implementation services under DIR-TSO-2542 in the amount of $851,025.50
Background
The County has evaluated several options for our phone system including upgrading or changing to another system. After an evaluation by Technology staff and a group of representatives from several departments, changing our system to the Cisco Unified Communications System was the best fit and value for the County. This is in-budget and will be paid for with capital funds, if approved.
