Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding a Resolution approving Newark higher Education Finance Corporation Education Revenue bonds, Series 2017 (Orenda Education) for the benefit of Orenda Education in compliance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code (Note: The bonds are not a liability of Williamson Count).

The bonds will be issued for Orenda Education for the purpose of constructing and equiping education related facilities.  A list is included in the attached resolution.  Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code requires that the governmental unit in which the facility is located approve the bonds.  Documentation is attached showing that they have met the requirement of a public hearing following reasonable public notice.  They are not a liability of the County and a representative for Orenda Education will be in Commissioners Court to answer questions.
