Discuss, consider, and take any necessary action to approve termination of custodial services contract (BuyBoard # 472-14) with Eagle Maintenance Co. Inc. d/b/a Service Master Clean and authorize County Judge to sign 30-day notice letter of termination.
Background
After the Facilities Department met with Eagle Maintenance and addressed ongoing issues, a 30-day time period was given to the vendor to correct the issues. It is the decision of the Facilities Department to cancel the contract effective June 9, 2017.
