Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement between Williamson County and McLemore Building Maintenance, Inc for Custodial Services pursuant to TIPS contract # 02052215.

Background

The Facilities Department recommends McLemore Building Maintenance, LLC as the new vendor after evaluating their proposal for custodial services. Contracting with this vendor via TIPS cooperative minimizes down-time of service as going through a competitive formal bid process could take up to 4 months.
