Background
After thorough evaluation by the evaluation committee of the 4 proposals received and a reference check of the finalist, the committee is recommending Falkenberg Construction Co. Inc. for award of RFP 1703-149 for the Cedar Park Tax Office Renovation Project. Total amount of this agreement will be $690,225.00 with a final completion date of January 1, 2018.
