Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving second extension of Contract for #15IFB119 - Pharmaceuticals & Supplies (option period 07/01/2017 - 06/30/2018) under same contract terms, except for price changes yielding an overall cost decrease, to support operations of the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter.
Background
This is the second extension of two (2) possible, one (1) year renewal options. All vendor performance report reviews were coded as either met, exceeded, or significantly exceeded requirements.
