Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $11,553.00 for Pearson Ranch Road Extension, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 1.
Background
This Change Order provides payment for additional work by the contractor for intersection tie-in work at Neenah Avenue and Pearson Ranch Road. The tie-in location was adjusted 25' farther down Neenah Ave. to provide a smooth profile at the tie-in. Removal of existing sidewalks, curb & gutter, and rebuilding the pavement section were required to make the grades at the intersection drain properly and for the intersection to ride safely.
