Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Supplemental Agreement No. 8 to Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services for the North Campus project, between Williamson County and BLGY Inc., and authorizing the county judge to execute agreement.
Background
The agreement is for A/E additional services set out in Exhibit A for the not-to-exceed lump sum amount of $15,232.74. Additional services listed in exhibit A include: revisions and modifications to Building F of the project (adding overhead doors and load calculations, mechanical, plumbing and electrical MEP revisions and inclusion of a concrete landing), extension of storm water line and inclusion of new soil stockpile area.
