Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 1702-145 for Digital Evidence Management System to the best proposal, Municipal Code Corporation (MCCi) and authorizing County Judge to sign the agreement.

Background

After concluding the evaluation process and receiving five (5) proposals through the County's online bidding site (Bid Sync), the evaluation committee is recommending MCCi.  The recommendation letter, evaluation reports and service agreement are attached.  Total project cost is $210,330.00.
