Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Sheriff's Office and Jail.
Background
CCA (now CoreCivic) provides funding for a County representative to serve as a liaison between the County, ICE and CCA related to the services to be performed under an Intergovernmental Service Agreement with ICE for the T. Don Hutto Residential Facility. This transfer moves the funding from the Law Enforcement Division to the Jail Division as of April 1, 2017.
