Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for Facilities.
Background
The A/C at the tennis center is out and they currently have no A/C. This system is a R22 system that would require about $700 in materials and half a day in labor to repair. Because this system is old and due for replacement we are recommending a new, energy efficient, R410 unit costing $3000. This transfer will cover the request.
