Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action to approve Texas Emergency Medical Task Force Memorandum of Agreement for Williamson County EMS.

The purpose of this TX EMTF MOA is to establish a mechanism for the utilization and coordination of emergency medical resources and assets in the event of an emergency or disaster, for training purposes, or any other purpose as determined by the Lead Regional Advisory Council, EMTF Region, or the Department of State Health Services. This agreement can only be activated for a State tasked deployment, only by written notification (the "State Mission Agreement") and WCEMS must acknowledge receipt of the State Mission Agreement within (1) hour and must accept or decline the Mission within (2) hours of receipt.  The agreement is being updated as the regional advisory council that is responsible for the EMTF has changed.  There are no changes from the previous 2013 agreement.  Williamson County legal has reviewed the agreement.
