Discuss and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for non-departmental.
Background
Due to all the turnover in the early part of the calendar year, the unemployment bills have increased from roughly $12K per quarter to about $55K per quarter. This transfer will cover the shortage for Q3 as well as the Q4 payment. FY 18 budgets have been adjusted accordingly.
