Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving service agreement with FarrWest Environmental Supply, Inc. to provide equipment calibration & maintenance services, beginning January 1, 2018 thru December 31, 2018, with a total cost of $16,551.38 per year, to support the operations of the Williamson County Hazardous Materials Response Team, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.

Background

This agreement will have an an option for 3 annual renewals. FarrWest provides a multi-year equipment calibration & maintenance program for the Wilco HazMat Team. This is a grant funded service.
