Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Agreement to terminate the Interlocal Agreement for ambulance housing at Station #1, in ESD #1. EMS will continue to provide service in ESD #1.

ESD #1 (Jollyville) needs space in their station and would like the EMS Ambulance and crew to move to another location. There was an agreement with ESD #1 where the county to invested $175,000 into station #1 (Medic 22), which granted EMS housing at the station until the county determined the housing was no longer needed. ESD #1 is opting to terminate this agreement and reimburse the county $128,333.33 for the depreciated value of their investment in the estate. EMS service will continue in this area as it always has, in fact, this move may allow our EMS unit to move to a more strategic location than before. The $128,333.33 will be used for relocation costs and to add a bay for the ambulance in its new location.
