Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on renewal of contract for remote access to birth records kept by the DSHS Bureau of Vital Statistics for their fiscal year 2017-2018.
Background
Contract sent in July and demanded to be approved seven days later. Sent to Stan and Shannon for review. Stan had a couple of suggestions that they refused. They claim to have changed the address in their system. Coming back now for approval. This is an annual contract or should be for remote access to their records statewide so we can issue birth certificates for customers born elsewhere in the state.
