Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Joint Use Agreement between CenturyLink and Williamson County for utility relocations on CR 110 South, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 4.
Background
CenturyLink has existing facilities inside the CR 110 South right-of-way, which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The Joint Use Agreement allows CenturyLink to relocate their facilities in the proposed right-of-way. This relocation is not reimbursable.
