Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement for Planned Maintenance for County Facilities/Generators with Clifford Power Systems, Inc., for the term commencing upon Commissioners Court approval through 30 September 2018 for the not-to-exceed amount of $44,031.47, pursuant to TIPS Cooperative contract 1042816.
Background
This agreement is a Planned Maintenance Agreement with Williamson County for the facilities that are listed on Exhibit A. This agreement shall renew automatically unless cancelled per terms defined in the Williamson County Services Contract.
