Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP # 1709-191, Specific and Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance to the sole proposer, UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company and authorizing execution of the Application for Excess Loss Insurance.

Background

Purchasing solicited proposals for Stop Loss Insurance. One (1) proposal was received from UnitedHealthcare. After a thorough evaluation by the evaluation committee and presentation to the County Benefits Committee, the Benefits Committee would like to recommend UnitedHealthcare to the Court for award.
