Discuss and take appropriate action on Williamson County Jail Remodel Project, P411, Change Order # 1 from STR Constructors, in the amount of $118,633.53 for an additional make-up air unit and miscellaneous adjustments to existing equipment. This change order is being funded out of the Owners Contingency.
Background
Change order to accept pricing for the necessary changes presented in Proposed Change Order #’s 02, 03, 04 and 05.
