10:00 AM:  Hold a public hearing pursuant to Texas Tax Code Chapter 311 regarding a proposed Order of the Williamson County Commissioners Court providing for the creation of a Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone within the City of Hutto. 

Pursuant to Section 311.003 of the Texas Tax Code, before adopting an ordinance or order providing for a reinvestment zone, the county must hold a public hearing on the creation of the zone and its benefits to the municipality or county and to property in the proposed zone.  At the hearing an interested person may speak for or against the creation of the zone, its boundaries, or the concept of tax increment financing.  Notice of this hearing was published in the Williamson County Sun more than 7 days before the date of this hearing.
