Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on two Drainage Easements conveying 2,197 square feet and 0.122 acres of land from Williamson County to Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District, and on consent to terms of a related Construction Agreement between Brushy Creek Municipal Utility District and Parkside at Mayfield Ranch Municipal Utility District.
Background
Easements will be used to further address inundation and conveyance of storm waters and flood waters in Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.
