Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on appointment of Keith Bright to the Emergency Services District (ESD) #4 Board of Directors for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2018 and ending on December 31, 2019.
Background
Keith Bright retired from IBM after a successful thirty-six year career that provided him a wealth of experience in many areas, including: IT (hardware and software), project implementation, budgets, contracts and personnel. This is a reappointment of Keith, who was originally appointed on August 16, 2016 to fill a vacancy in the Place 5 director seat. Mr. Bright;'s bio is attached to the agenda item.
