Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving Change Order No. 1 to the PURVIS FSAS project in the amount of -$8,830.00 and authorizing execution of the Change Order Request.
Background
The County is currently implementing PURVIS Fire Station Alerting System (PURVIS FSAS) components in its Testing and Training environment. The required hardware, software and services associated with this implementation were defined in County Purchase Order # 166187. The County has requested that PURVIS remove the PURVIS FSAS Central Server and the Central Server Database License from the Purchase Order because the County will purchase and supply those items separate from PURVIS. The County has also requested that PURVIS change some of the hardware types identified in the Purchase Order in order to accommodate a portable alerting solution that is representative of a system that may be installed in a fire station.
