Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Williamson County North Campus Project, P324, Change Order # 41 from Vaughn Construction in the amount of ($50,311.00) to accept credit for sidewalks which were removed from the project. This change order is being credited to the Owners Contingency.
Background
Change order for removing all scopes of work related to the installation of the sidewalks adjacent to the Inner Loop Road R.O.W. which was removed from the project.
