Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Fuel System Management Extended Maintenance Agreement (FuelMaster) with Syn-Tech Systems, Inc. for software and hardware support, in the amount of $10,791, for the term of 3/23/18-3/22/19, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
This is the fuel management system (FuelMaster) used by Williamson County Fleet Department to track and dispense fuel to County vehicles. The funding source for this contract agreement is 004500 and 004505 - Maintenance Contracts/Software Maintenance and was approved in FY 2018 budget.
