Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Williamson County and Cities Health District and Williamson County, Texas for Managed Technology Services and Support.

WCCHD has, up to this point, supported their own technology -- hardware and support.  Recently, their IT staff quit and they have asked Williamson County IT to support them.  It is vital that, County IT have the ability to direct and supervise the support staff for WCCHD since their equipment and internet access are on the County network and can affect the network security and access for all County business.  After discussing this with counsel, HR and the auditors, this is best accomplished by having two positions on the County IT staff that are funded -- plus overhead -- by WCCHD.  One position will be a technician to support hardware and the other position will be for a software analyst.  These positions will not be directly dedicated to WCCHD, but by having these employees, County IT can accomodate the additional responsibilities and workload.  WCCHD will benefit by having the full support of County IT.
