Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Constable Precinct #1 Office.
Background
A transfer came over from the SO into a vacant position in the Constable Pct #1 Office in which certification pay was not budgeted at the time since they did not know who the new hire would be. In addition, there was a second position which was recommended for certification pay but was inadvertently not linked, causing the funding not to be added to the department's budget.
