Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on the use of unallocated funds on the law enforcement scale in the County Attorney's office in the amount of $3,167.82.
Background
County Attorney's office has an L3.10 vacant position that County Attorney is wanting to move another employee that is currently L3.7 into. Then would move current employee of L3.4 in the L3.7. This would leave our L3.4 vacant and County Attorney would then use $2,565.68 to post for L3.6 investigator. The TCOLE records County Attorney's office has on file for each of these employees more than warrants the classifications we are requesting.
