Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving purchase of gym equipment for the new Sheriff's Office Training Facility from Fringe Sport in the amount of $3,821.37, and asking the Commissioners Court to waive the three (3) quote requirement as required by the Williamson County Purchasing Policy.
Background
Please see attached quote for details. The Williamson County Purchasing Policy as approved by the Commissioners' Court requires three (3) written quotes for purchases exceeding $2,000; this purchase would be made as an exception to that policy.
