Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the Williamson County Animal Shelter Remodel Project, Change Order # 3 from J.T. Vaughn Construction, LLC., in the amount of $32,893.00 for additional concrete, mechanical, electrical and finish scopes of work. This change order is being funded out of the Owners and Construction Managers Contingencies.
Background
This change order funds additional scopes of work that are necessary due to unknown conditions, contractor clarifications and supplemental instructions provided by the design team.
