Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on budget line item transfer for Juvenile Services.
Background
Juvenile Services is requesting a line item transfer from Professional Services into Facility Maintenance to replace two doors at the front entrance of the building. Due to normal wear and tear the current doors are not closing properly leaving the front of the building unsecured. Facility Maintenance Department has made numerous attempts to fix the issues but they have been unsuccessful due to the inability to obtain necessary parts as are no longer available. This transfer will allow us to properly secure the front entrance to the building.
