Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Audit and Accounting Services contract #15RFP113, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract for the term of August 1, 2018- July 31, 2019, with Weaver and Tidwell, LLP.
Background
This is the first extension for this contract. Williamson County Audit Committee approved the renewal for 1 year. A Vendor Performance Report (VPR) was submitted that reflected a positive experience with this vendor and that they significantly exceed our requirements on this contract. This contract is funded by line item 01.0100.0409.004181.
