Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Medical Supplies for Williamson County Jail Contract #1604-071, for the term of July 7, 2018- July 6, 2019, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract, with the exception of discontinued items and department-approved replacements for the primary vendor, Bound Tree Medical, LLC, as shown on the attached renewal form and pricing spreadsheet.  The secondary vendor, New Dimension Pharmacy, made no changes to pricing, terms and conditions in the existing contract.  The third vendor, Agni Enterprises, LLC (DBA) Head to Heels Safety Supplies, opted out of this renewal term.

This is the second and final extension for this contract.  The Sheriff's Department provided Vendor Performance Reports on the remaining vendors reflecting positive experiences with the vendors and that they either met or exceeded our requirements on this contract.
