Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 3 to the IH-35 @ Ronald Reagan Blvd. contract between Williamson County and Binkley & Barfield, Inc. (BBI) relating to the 2013 Road Bond Program. Project: P231. Funding Source: Road Bonds.
Background
Compensation Cap is increased from $3,079,073.00 to $3,160,000.00, an increase of $80,963.00. The maximum amount payable in the supplemental work authorization is increased from $1,739,752.00 to $1,803,161.00, an increase of $63,409.00. The increase will cover schematic, IAJR and PS&E revisions requested by TxDOT.
