Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Hauling Services with the primary vendor, Statewide Materials Transport, Ltd. for the term of September 12, 2018 - September 11, 2019, Terms and conditions remain the same as the existing contract with the exception of department approved unit price increases for contracted items per the attached pricing sheet. The secondary bidder, Lewis Clark Trucking, chose not to renew their contract for another term.

 This is the first extension for this contract.  The Road and Bridge Department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all County requirements on this contract and requests to renew for the first renewal period.  The funding source is Contract Hauling line item 200.210.3544.
