Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development. It consists of 49 single family lots, 1 open space lot, and 1,973 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $250,357.83 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
