Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1806-243 ATM Placement for Williamson County Facilities to the overall best respondent, Preferred ATM Services, LLC. and authorizing execution of the Automated Teller Machine Location Agreement.
Background
Purchasing solicited sealed proposals for ATM placement services. Notification was sent to 1,563 suppliers of which 35 suppliers viewed the proposal documents and 1 vendor submitted a proposal. After evaluation by an evaluation committee, Preferred ATM Services is being recommended for award. This is a revenue contract in which Preferred ATM will pay Williamson County $0.60 per ATM transaction.
