Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action regarding Change Order #3 with Chasco Constructors in the amount of $183,780.89 for Inner Loop Improvements, a Road Bond Project in Commissioner Pct. 3.

Background

This Change Order deletes a driveway from Inner Loop that went to the Williamson County Animal Shelter and adds the construction of a new driveway to the shelter from Wilco Way. The existing driveway was removed because it did not provide good visibility of vehicles on Inner Loop. Removing the driveway modified elements of the Wilco Way portion of the project. The Change Order also documents reductions in quantities for Safety End Treatments on the Wilco Way portion of the project. 90 days will be added to the project.
