Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 1 to Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services between Williamson County and Talex, Inc. for additional engineering services in connection with the Williamson County Jail Facility Project.
Background
Talex Engineers will be providing additional design and consulting services for various scopes of work within and adjacent to the Jail Facility for items that are in need of repair and improvement.
