Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch Phase 1 development. It consists of 64 single family lots, 3 open space lots, and 4,758 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $611,272.75 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
