Background
This is the next section of the Santa Rita Ranch South development. It consists of 59 single family lots, 3 open space lots, and 3,128 feet of new public roads. Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $637,645.97 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.
