Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an order delcaring an emergency and a grave necessity due to unforeseeable circumstances and approve a budget amendment for Non-Departmental in the General Fund.
Background
As part of the Capital Program the Court approved a one time reimbursement to the General Fund from the Court Reporter Fund for Fiscal Year 2018. This reimbursment offset the cost of employed Court Reporters for the District and County Courts. The $1.1 million reimbursement fell into fund balance and is being appropriated in Fiscal Year 2019 as part of the CIP program.
