Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #1809-263 Indigent Defense to the overall best respondent Lone Star Justice Alliance, in the amount of $385,910.00 and authorizing the initial contract period from the date of award to December 31, 2019.
Background
Williamson County received one offer to provide these services. The evaluation committee reviewed the response and recommends awarding to Lone Star Justice Alliance. The initial term is from date of award to December 31, 2019 and any extensions shall be in twelve (12) month increments for up to an additional forty-eight (48) months, with terms and conditions remaining the same. This expenditure will be charged to the TIDC Grant and is authorized in the amount of $385,910.00
