Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Video Visitation Addendum between Williamson County and Smart Communications to support the operations of the Williamson County Jail and authorizing execution of the addendum.
Background
This addendum is in reference to the original agreement and schedule of services approved on November 13th, 2018 between Williamson County and Smart Communications. The addendum simply adds the video visitation feature and is at no additional cost to the County.
