Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Assignment between Kennedy Consulting, Inc. as assignor, and Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc., as assignee, in relation to that certain Williamson County Contract for Engineering Services dated effective March 9, 2017 regarding Transporation Corridor A1. Project: P463. Funding Source: Corridor Program.
Background
Kennedy Consutling Inc. (KCI) is a wholly owned subisdiary of Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT). They wish to complete the transition process by combining the businesses and rolling KCI into JMT effective January 1, 2019.
