Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Agreement No. 12 to Agreement for Architectural and Engineering Services between Williamson County and BLGY, Inc. for additional professional architectural and engineering services in connection with the Williamson County North Campus Project.

Supplemental Agreement No. 12 seeks to add additional professional architectural and engineering services in connection with the Williamson County North Campus Project.  In order to provide funding for such additional services, it is necessary to increase both the limit set on additional services compensation and the total limit of appropriation under the Agreement.  The Agreement originally allowed for a not to exceed amount of $300,000 for additional services compensation.  To date, a total of $295,007.89 has been paid for prior additional services leaving $4,992.11 for any more additional services.  To fund the current additional services, funding in the amount of $25,900.00 must be added to both the original amount of additional compensation and the original limit of appropriations amount allowed under the Agreement.
