Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving an Interlocal Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Hutto authorizing Cooperative Procurement between both entities and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
This agreement will authorize a cooperative procurement program between the County and the City of Hutto. This agreement will allow Hutto to procure items that have already been competitively bid by the County where the supplier has agreed to provide such goods/services and pricing to entities in which the County has an agreement in place.
