Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving renewal amendment for medical waste disposal services for EMS with AdvoWaste Medical Services, LLC, for the same terms and conditions, but with addition of new Exhibit A (for one designated pick up location) and authorizing execution of agreement.
Background
Williamson County requires services from a qualified company to provide Medical and Biohazard waste collection, transport, treatment and disposal services supporting the location identified in Exhibit A. EMS department submitted a Vendor Performance Report (VPR) showing the vendor met all County requirements on this contract during the initial contract period.
